Company
History
PT Marolis Cahaya Internasional originated from CV Cahya Sejati, founded by Mr. Cahya Yudi Widianto in 2010. The company was born out of a deep concern for the growing challenges faced by Indonesia’s agricultural sector — including declining soil fertility, high dependency on chemical fertilizers, and the increasing prevalence of pests and plant diseases.
Building on years of experience and research, MAROLIS was developed as a liquid enzyme-based organic fertilizer designed to help farmers improve soil quality and sustainably increase productivity. The name MAROLIS has since become the primary trademark for our range of innovative products.
In 2023, through collaborations with Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and Brawijaya University (UB), MAROLIS launched a series of advanced new products, including Marolis Katalisator, Marolis Trichoderma, and Marolis Corine.
All MAROLIS products are officially registered and approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, and are developed using a scientific approach that is harmonized with spiritual values, based on principles derived from the Qur’an.
As part of its transformation and readiness to grow professionally on a larger scale, CV Cahya Sejati officially became PT Marolis Cahaya Internasional on June 5, 2025. This milestone marks a significant step in expanding MAROLIS’s reach and impact—both nationally and internationally—in the agricultural sector.
“To become a pioneer in biotechnology-based organic fertilizers that make a real contribution to achieving national food and energy security through healthy and sustainable agriculture.”
To achieve this vision, PT Marolis Cahaya Internasional establishes a set of strategic missions as a guide in every step and business development effort.
